At Sea Fish Handling

Course Description:

Quality is everything when it comes to seafood. This course will give students an introduction to proper fish handling and holding techniques. It will cover basic fish biology, onboard sanitation and hygiene, and ways to prevent spoilage.

Course Dates:

Two offerings will occur in the winter of 2010. We plan on offering this course outside of Iqaluit. Please contact our office for further details.
